Product introduction：

The disc grinder is a kind of wet grinding equipment which can grind materials to micro nano level. The efficient dual cooling system and micro clearance centrifugal separation system make the materials not to be blocked by the separator, and the service life of the filter screen is greatly extended. The filter screen can also be removed and cleaned or replaced separately.

The main motor drives the spindle rotor to rotate at high speed through the V-belt, and the rotor drives the grinding medium to move at high speed, which produces great impact, friction and shear force, so that the materials can be fully ground and mixed. The machine adopts precise and reliable mechanical seal, with high reliability and durability. The grinding cylinder is completely closed, avoiding the mixing of air, preventing the generation of bubbles and volatilization of additives, greatly reducing environmental pollution. The machine adopts dynamic separation of grinding medium and material to be grinded. The dynamic and static rings are made of high-precision wear-resistant alloy steel, so the grinding medium will not be plugged in the gap, so it has a long service life.

It is mainly used in high efficiency wet grinding of water-based coatings, pesticides, pigments, dyes, color paste, water-based ink, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, photosensitive materials, electronic paste and other industries.
