The three roller grinder is mainly used for the preliminary experiments of various liquid slurries such as paints, inks, pigments, plastics, food and so on, providing correct data for large-scale production.
The grinding effect of the machine is achieved by the surface of three rollers arranged horizontally and the friction of different speeds. Generally, the grinding materials only need to be grinded twice to meet the requirements. The difficult grinding materials must be grinded many times to meet the requirements. The maximum processing fineness can reach about 3-20um (measured by fineness plate).
It is mainly used for all kinds of paste materials such as ink, paint, pigment, soap, artificial leather, plastic, grease, chocolate, etc. It is especially suitable for grinding products with high viscosity and good fineness. The surface of the machine has high hardness and wear resistance, and has cooling device to ensure continuous work.
