V-type blender is a common powder, granular materials mixer worldwide used. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, easy maintenance and clean, fast and good mixing which is an ideal mixing equipment, widely used in magnetic materials, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics, ceramics and other industries.
Working Principle：This machine absorbs the advantages of the design of similar foreign machine. The use of two unequal-length cylinders creates asymmetry which brings transverse force making the material exchange in horizontal direction during the mixer turning materials running. In each rotation, about 25% of the material flows from one bucket to the other bucket. The transverse mixing and radial mixing force the mixed material from combination to decomposition, from decomposition to combination to achieve a very uniform mixing. Features:
No mechanical crush and strong abrasion allow the material at its granule; polished and sophisticated buckets design avoids dead angle and contamination; butterfly valve facilitates material discharge.
Reinforced mixing device, humidification unit and air protection device are available.
